Our Cedar Gazebos are made with 100% top-grade Western Red Cedar, an excellent, superior-quality wood that is extremely durable. Its natural oils not only help to preserve its radiant beauty, but make it resistant to insects and decay as well. Its dimensionally stable properties prevent warping, and ensure that it will always lie flat and straight.
Cedar can also be used for the floors, which may be sealed and stained to maintain their reddish hue, or allowed to weather naturally to a rich gray. This sturdy wood is a great choice if you’re planning to install a hot tub in your gazebo.
Besides its natural resistance to rot, decay, and insects, cedar also possesses a straight grain, which makes cedar shakes and shingles lie flat and true. In fact, cedar roofs have been known to last for more than 70 years, which makes it a superb choice. An annual coating with a quality stain/sealer will keep the cedar shake looking new, while untreated roofs will turn a rustic-looking gray.

Our Treated Pine Gazebos are constructed of #1 grade, natural select, treated Southern Yellow Pine. In addition to this process, which prevents decay and insect damage, the pine is kiln-dried before and after treatment, to minimize warping, checking, and twisting.
We also use Southern Yellow Pine for our standard gazebo floors, which can be sealed and stained for retention of their yellow hue. Otherwise, they will weather to a natural yellow-tinted gray.

Our Vinyl gazebos are made with treated pine that has been covered with an attractive vinyl coating. This results in a beautiful, exceptionally durable, maintenance-free finish. Vinyl (over wood) is the ultimate choice for those whose gazebos are going to be used, really used, for a lot more than casual garden viewing, if you know what we mean! Got kids?
