2 Ordering By Phone, Fax or Check By Phone

3 Ordering When Paying By Check or Money Order

If you are paying by Check or Money Order please follow these steps to place your order:

4 Order Confirmation

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Order Confirmation from GazeboCreations.com" and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or email. Be sure to include your account email address and order number. We will send a new confirmation to you.

Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check or money order will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with other payment types including credit cards and cashier's checks will be processed immediately.

Purchase Orders and Net Terms - We will happily accept purchase orders from corporate, educational, non-profit and government organizations pending a credit review by our finance and accounting staff. Purchase orders must be signed, bona fide documents that specify both a shipping and billing address; the preferred shipping method; and all relevant costs, including product prices, shipping and handling, and taxes (if applicable). Requisitions, letters, faxes, or memoranda referencing a purchase order number will not be accepted. To place an order by purchase order we must receive the purchase order by fax or US mail.   • The minimum purchase order amount we accept is $100.
  • All products bought by purchase order must be shipped to a US destination. (Outside the Continental U.S., there will be additional shipping charges.)

  • We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone.
  • We cannot accept international purchase orders.
  • We cannot process an order until we have received a signed purchase order.

6 Modify Your Order

If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item in an order, or change the shipping address, please call us at (888) 293-2339 Mon-Fri 8:00AM-7:00PM | Sat 10:00AM-3:00PM EST. Generally we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. Therefore, the sooner you call the better our chance of catching the order in time. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please see our return policy for details.

Shipping Information

1 When will my order arrive?

Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product page on our site includes the estimated Lead Time below the shipping method: "Leaves warehouse in ________ ," to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse.

2 When will my order ship?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide, including FedEx, UPS and various Motor Freight companies. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. For example, gazebos, storage sheds and larger picnic tables will ship Motor Freight. Smaller items, such as most swings, benches, gliders and chairs will ship UPS or FedEx.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

3 Do you ship outside the continental United States?

Yes, you may add the product you wish to purchase to our shopping cart. Then click the international shipping quote button. Fill in all required information, and we will contact you with a cost to ship the products. 4 Will you hold an order to be shipped at a later date?

Yes. If you place an order now - or anytime one of our specials catches your eye - and you want us to delay shipping, we will be happy to oblige. Just let us know when you want it to arrive - Christmas, a birthday, a holiday - we will even hold it until next spring. Just type your request in the Special Delivery Instructions, Questions, or Comments space when you are ordering.
