Easy to Assemble Kits

Our convenient kit packages are designed for easy assembly and are securely wrapped for protection on a pallet.

For most structures, we utilize independent services for shipping, where the driver will deliver the package to your driveway. This service is exceptionally convenient as you typically won't need to assist with unloading.

In the rare event that the independent service is not available in your area, we will ship the package via a reliable freight carrier service. Although this is still a simple process, you may need assistance with unloading depending on the product ordered, as most pieces weigh between 75-100lbs.

Step 2: Transit

We ship most of our structure kit packages on pallets through motor freight. Once your kit leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the carrier’s name, phone number, and tracking number. You may track your shipment online from the carrier's website.

We work with freight companies to provide prompt, on-time deliveries. Once your structure arrives at the desired terminal, the trucking company will call you to schedule the estimated time of delivery. Actual delivery usually occurs within a 2-3 hour window.

No Touch Delivery

No Touch Delivery for Kit Packages

We coordinate with a local delivery service to bring your structure to your residence or business and drop off your kit without you having to lift a finger (or even be present for unloading). This option is very convenient if you are unable to unload the structure yourself for any reason, and is offered in many areas across the country.

For this type of delivery, the drivers must have clear, easy, and safe access to the unloading location. They will be in contact with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Most shipments with the No Touch service come in our Easy-to-Assemble Kit packaging, crated and wrapped for protection. The cost varies from $399 to $599 depending on where you are located. Ask one of our project advisors if No Touch delivery is available in your area.

Fully Assembled Structures

We also offer a Fully Assembled delivery option, subject to product availability and your desired location. To explore this service further and determine its availability, you can consult with your dedicated Project Advisor who will be more than happy to assist you.

Fully Assembled 12' x 20' Rectangular Gazebo

Structure Requirements

There are limits to the size of structure that can be shipped fully assembled. Generally, structures must be 12’ wide or less (or 12’ wide or less in the smaller dimension, width or depth, for rectangular and oval structures). Any dimensions that are over 12’ wide are rarely feasible for this type of shipping due to road and highway regulations, as well as general safety concern for large structures travelling long distances.

This is not always a requirement, but structures with a deck included are much easier to ship Fully Assembled since the deck provides extra stability while in transit.

Location Requirements

In addition, for this type of shipping to be possible, the delivery crew must have clear and safe access to the exact location where the structure will reside. Delivery drivers avoid off-road locations unless it is absolutely necessary.

In these cases where the site is not easily accessible by roadways or pavement, you will need to provide us with written agreement prior to delivery to release both us and the driver from any damage to the property such as grass, bushes, trees, underground lines, sprinklers, leach beds, septic tanks, etc.
