All sheds from GazeboCreations.com have 4 x 4 runners at their bases, which will elevate the shed, allowing for greater flexibility of site preparation.

For our standard floor, we use sturdy joists made from pine 2 x 4’s, which are placed 16” on center, and covered with 5/8” thick, pressure treated plywood sheeting. Our heavy-duty pressure treated floor is made with 2 x 4 pine joists placed 12” on center, which makes it strong enough to support cars, trucks, and boats. (Note: Use sheds to store vehicles for longer periods of time. For every day use you can pour a concrete slab and order the shed with no floor.)

Our pine studs are 2 x 4’s, placed 24” or 16” on center, the latter of which is recommended if you are planning to insulate.

Our sheds have a snow load of 40 psf, which exceeds even the strictest local requirements, as well as standard wind loads of 80mph, which can be increased to 110 mph, with some simple anchoring.
