The Western Red Cedar siding contains natural oils that act as preservatives against wood decay and insect damage. Western Red Cedar is a material of exceptional quality, durability, and beauty. In addition to its aesthetic benefits, it is a dimensionally stable wood that lays flat, stays straight, ages gracefully, and checks less than other woods. The tongue-and-groove construction ensures utmost durability and can be installed either horizontally or vertically. Installed on 2x4 Pine studs, the Cedar siding can be left to weather naturally or stained to maintain its reddish hue.

Long Lasting
Real Pine siding is a classic choice for both homes and structures. Many “man-made” siding materials are crafted to look and feel like true Pine siding, because its durability and beauty is highly sought after. The lap siding uses 1x6 Southern Yellow Pine planks that measure ¾” thick by 5 1/2” high. The wood is not pressure treated and will last decades with minimal maintenance. Pine siding can be painted or stained, and offers a better insulation value than Dura-Temp or Vinyl.

Maintenance-Free
Vinyl siding is a high quality, durable material used on fine homes world wide. Vinyl siding is incredibly resilient, and the only maintenance requirement is an occasional cleaning. We use a 4 ½” Double Dutch lap profile with ½” plywood backing. A variety of colors are available to coordinate with your home, and it will never need to be painted!

Best Choice for Paint
Dura-Temp is manufactured with a strong plywood core, and a tough 1/8" Douglas Fir wood composite face. The composite outer surface has the texture and appearance of natural rough sawn cedar. The outer hardboard is water resistant and won’t split, crack, or check, even with rough treatment. Inherently lighter and more durable than engineered wood sidings, it is also one of the strongest siding materials available. Plus, this economical choice provides a low-maintenance, easy to paint surface.
Our Dura-Temp siding uses 4’ wide panels that measure 15/32” thick. The 8” vertical groove has a medium depth and uses a shiplap style edge. This siding meets or exceeds PS 1-07 & APA Standards

These heavyweight asphalt shingles feature a triple-layer fiberglass mat construction. The three layers of mat are coated with asphalt, surfaced with mineral granules, and then laminated together with a special asphalt adhesive. A self sealing strip of asphalt helps provide added wind resistance. 30 year shingles are so named as this is the expected lifespan under normal use. Known as 3 tab shingles, these give an evenly spaced looked, which gives the appearance of a slate shingle.
