Beautiful and functional!

We got this to replace a small bridge that we use to cross a creek between the back yard and pasture. Beautifully made and really solid! Directions were kind of sketchy but we were able to figure it out eventually.

After not receiving a shipping notice in their stated shipping time, I emailed the company to find out what the holdup was. Bridge shipped in 2 boxes the next day.

This was easier than I thought

I bought a bridge for my backyard and I loved the variety of styles that I had to choose from. Purchasing was easy and I knew to expect two packages and the weights , etc .,The kit arrived as scheduled and was much easier to construct than I thought. I expected the full construction to take me two weekends to complete but I was able to get everything done in two days .

I had to contact the service team to better understand the best recommendations for attaching the bridge to the ground . The service team was excellent and quickly responded to my email questions .

The garden bridge arrived even sooner than I expected, two boxes, every piece as it should be, with clear instructions for assembly. I had a couple of questions and actually enjoyed my contact with the owner. He was obviously committed to providing a quality product and good experience.

Gorgeous 4' Bridge

I had a vision for a bridge in my newly landscaped Japanese inspired garden... this bridge was perfect. I purchased it unfinished. However, I did use Osmo products to protect and enhance the look of the bridge. In my case, I made the handrails ebony, and a natural finish on the rest. It turned out gorgeous!

Nice Bridge

Was a little disappointed that the holes on the Extension Boards didn't line up with the holes on the Support Beams. Tried switching them, flipping around, etc. Ended up attaching one side of the boards, then drilling a hole through the Extension Board into the Support Beam. The holes were about the width of the hole off. Have stained everything prior to assembly, looks great.

Nice addition to my yard

12' Cedar Bridge is perfect!

I'm always a bit hesitant to purchased something this expensive over the internet sight unseen but had few options locally. I talked to customer service about my project and interests in this particular bridge and my confidence was restored so I bought it. The bridge was packaged in several cartons and arrived in perfect condition. Instructions and all hardware were easy to identify/read and assemble taking less than two hours. While the cedar itself seemed "lighter in weight" than I'd expected, it functions well and takes the weight of large adults with no problems as far as sagging etc. The only concern I had at first was the center joint area of the two runners on each side which are held together with a "light 2 x 6" and lag bolts. I wish they were a bit more hefty. The bridge is gorgeous and fit perfectly into my water feature and has so far taken a Midwestern winter well. I actually think as the bridge weathers a bit that cedar patina will add significant character to the bridge.

I would buy this product again

I bought this product when another bridge had completely rotted away. It came quickly after I ordered it. I liked that I could get the individual pieces stained prior to delivery and assembly. I was able to assemble this bridge by myself in about 1/2 hour with only an electric screwdriver. I have gotten several compliments from neighbors on its attractiveness!
