Sealed Base (Wood Floors Only)
The Treated Pine floors that we offer will last decades and not be vulnerable to either rot and decay or insects. As with any wood however, either will turn gray over time, and develop small hair line checks in the surface of the wood. This is of no structural concern, but to keep the wood looking new, you should seal or stain the deck, usually every 2 years or so, depending on the weather conditions where you live. We will do the first application, using a high quality stain sealer, either clear or with a cedar tint. Discuss this with your design consultant.

Note: Do not select this option if you have also chosen (1) No Floor, (2) any Composite Deck, or (3)Stain Sealer for the entire structure on Treated Pine or Cedar Gazebos.

Note 2: (Treated Pine models only) If you've chosen to paint your gazebo, it is highly suggested that you do not paint the floor as this will make the floor hazardous to walk on, and hard to keep clean. You can seal the floor with this option, or select a composite floor or No Floor if painting your gazebo.
