Engineered Drawings
Engineered Drawings

Engineered Drawings are generally needed if a building department requests them or if required by local code. They are certified and stamped by a structural engineer that is state licensed. These drawings are commonly required if the structure is open to the general public or if there are any other commercial applications. They may also be required for high wind or high snow locations. Although not necessarily required the calculations for the structure can be provided with the calculations package which may include additional charges.

For code compliance or very detailed custom structures, it may be necessary to order engineered drawings prior to placing the order or receiving a final quote.

Please note that we reserve the right to update pricing accordingly based on the engineering of a custom designed structure including the member size, material and hardware for the structure.

The lead times for Engineered Drawings may vary depending on the season and the complexity of the project.
