Some local codes require a taller railing on any structure that is elevated, over a certain size, or used where it might be accessible by the general public. And some folks just like it better! Whatever the case, any of our railing designs can be made 36" tall, or taller, if needed.

Please consult with a project assistant for any heights other than our 32" standard height or the 36" optional railing. The height is measured from the floor of the gazebo (not the ground) to the top of the hand rail.
