Single Beam are standard on 8 and 10’ pergolas, Double beams are standard on 12’ and up models. Double Beams are optional for less than 12’ projections where single beam is standard. Note that an additional decorative piece is added to double beams when adding the 2x6 side plates – this hides the connections of the beam to the posts.

Aluminum beams are made from a 3004 aluminum alloy that is produced from 99% recycled aluminum with less than 5% of the scrap coming from post consumer sources. All aluminum can be 100% recycled at the end of product life.
