Roof Pitch is a term that describes the slope of a roof:  rise / run

12/12 Roof pitch is the steepest standard option for our gable roofs. The roof rises 12" for every 12" of horizontal span, forming a 45° slope. This pitch will keep the roof clear of nearly all debris, even excessive snowfall (or leaf-fall).
