These 8" x 8" posts are made of #1 Grade Cedar and are able to withstand the elements for many years.

This high-quality wood releases natural oils that smell great and repel insects nature's way. Since it is kiln-dried, our Rough Cut Cedar is ready to be stained or painted the moment it arrives at your door, or it can be allowed to gray over time to achieve a more rustic aesthetic.

The standard height of an 8' post from the floor is 91", with 85 ½" head clearance. If you require taller or heavier posts, please select from the options on the side, or talk to your Project Advisor. Note that commercial structures may require at least 80" of headroom.
