Local codes vary greatly depending, but we research each structure to be sure that they meet or exceed the codes where you live. The design criteria (and the cost) for your structure may not be the same as our standard structure (Size of columns, types of connections, etc.) Also, the photos shown may differ slightly from your shelter. Our standard structures are engineered for 100 mph wind and 30 psf snow loads. Your Project Advisor will help you with designing the pavilion to satisfy you as well as your local building code.
