Wood Pavilions

The most economical of our options is Pressure Treated Pine. Since our pavilions are engineered to meet local code, the nominal measurements of the columns and other members will vary. The pressure treated pine columns are also laminated for maximum strength and durability. Wooden columns are APA/EWS certified. They are pressure treated for in-ground contact (0.6 pcf)

Steel Frame Pavilions

Many customers prefer the wooden roof deck and its natural look, but want the strength and durability of steel. So, we've combined the best of both, in our Steel Frame pavilions. The columns and roof rafters are prime painted (red alkyd), while the roof decking is our famous 2x8 Tongue and Groove Pine decking. With the wooden roof decking, you may choose any type of roofing material, including asphalt shingles.

All Steel Pavilions

We use 100% American made steel for our steel pavilions. Since each pavilion is engineered to local code, the tube steel will vary in thickness, but will typically have a 3/8" thickness. Pavilions for higher snow load areas, and higher wind load areas, will have thicker tube steel columns, roof rafters and roof plates. The frame will be primed (red alkyd) and ready for paint, unless factory paint or powder coating is ordered.
