outstanding product !! we only had one problem that is the instructions to put up the lattice was not included, but we managed to get it done !!

Excellent product with all of the appropriate hardware included. Put together buy our contractor friend in half a day! We put rope lights around the top inside edge and hung an outdoor chandelier from the center. It's an awsome outdoor "room".

PERGOLA PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR BACKYARD |

We totally enjoy our new pergola: it has enhanced our backyard experience tremendously. We have added green hanging plants and white electric lights which has added to the ambience of our outside living. Each morning and evening we sit under our new pergola enjoying the great outdoors; it's terrific.

Very Happy with our New Pergola |

We love the look of our new 10 x 12 Cedar Pergola! It is well-constructed with high-quality lumber and fastening screwsl and looks better than many similar structures I have seen that were constructed on site by professional carpenters. It was very easy to install and went up quickly. (I am a do-it-yourself homeowner and it took about 8 hours for me to put it together by myself with a little help from my wife.) Some suggestions on the installation:- If you are installing concrete footings for the post brackets, make sure you are very careful to construct and use the template exactly as specified in the directions to locate the footings and post brackets. Otherwise, you may have trouble with the posts being plumb and spacing of the beams between the posts.- If you are going to stain the structure, as we did, do the staining prior to constructing it.- Rather than relying on the penciled factory markings for locating the 2x6 main rafters, lay them all out on the beams before fastening and then place the first and last notched 2x4 top rafters on the main rafters. This will insure the main rafters and top rafters fit together properly before fastening the main rafters to the beams.

Very clean presentation of Materials and design as a finished product. The steel mounting brackets provided for surface mounting were inconsistent in there assembly and made it difficult to square the beams initially. Also the surface mount design does not lock the pergola in place. The corner bracing did not provide enough cross bracing to stop the structure from twisting.

Some material was damaged during transport. They rushed out new product overnight to repair it the problem at no charge. Very good service.

Received the wrong instruction manual. Tried to pound a 3/4 inch anchor into a 1/2 in hole. YOU DO NEED TO PREDRILL THE HOLE!!

This pergola is Wonderful and completely brought our back yard to life! We just recently had family in town from Michigan and they raved about it and then asked where we purchased it... this is exciting because they are generally a tough crowd. :) We Love It!

Service was GREAT! My only thoughts on delivery is that it would have been much easier if there was some kind of help getting it unloaded from the truck. The delivery guy just stood their and watched my Husband, neighbor, and brothers do all the work... not cool! But it was worth the work!!
