GazeboCreations.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Upon submitting your quote for any large structure, such as gazebos, cabanas, sunrooms, storage sheds, play sets, and pavilions, you have the option of depositing 50% of the total upon ordering, and paying the balance before we ship the product. However, we recommend that you pay the total upon placement of your order, as this will expedite the order and shipping processes.
We accept credit card transactions by phone, fax, and mail, as we do not recommend sending credit card numbers through e-mail.
All other products such as garden bridges, porch swings, garden benches, picnic tables, etc. can be ordered through our very secure online ordering.

Check by Phone:
GazeboCreations.com accepts checks by phone, using E-Check, which is part of Authorize.net. The Authorize.net process offers the most secure system in e-commerce today. Sending and accepting checks by phone is fast, easy, and fully secure.
For this process, we will simply need your checking account number, routing number, and a check number. Production of your structure will begin immediately upon notice to us that the check has cleared, which usually takes 3-7 business days.

Check by Mail:
Our check by mail process is simple. If you select any products, such as garden bridges, porch swings, garden benches, picnic tables, etc., we recommend that you use the ‘Add to Cart’ feature, and select the ‘Mail in Your Payment’ option. Please print two (2) orders; one for your records, and one that you will send in with your payment for the order.
As soon as your check arrives at our office, one of our representatives will contact you by phone, fax, or e-mail, to acknowledge its receipt. We recommend that you send your check, along with a copy of your order, by Fed-Ex or UPS, or send it overnight, through the U.S. Postal Service, so that you will have a tracking number. Please note that all mail-in payment orders will be packed and ready to ship as soon as the check or funding clears the bank, which is usually about 5-7 business days.
For all large structures, such as gazebos, sheds, cabanas, pedestrian and commercial grade bridges, pavilions, or playsets, we recommend selecting your style, size, and options then submit for a freight quote through our ‘Request Shipping Quote’ feature. Upon receiving your quote one of our sales/design consultants will contact you within 24 hours to go over your many payment options.
