Even if you’re not using your pool house as a cottage or guesthouse, it’s a good idea to have outdoor furniture on the porch, as it will inevitably attract swarms of guests during parties. This will be especially true if you use your pool house as the location for your hot tub, which is another prevalent trend.
Your pool house will also be ideal as a cabana, where your guests can change their clothes for swimming.

Another way to give your pool house the feel of home is to equip it with insulation and a finished interior. You can also get a four track window system and/or insulated windows. Our standard pool houses feature two windows; but, if you want to add more, you can speak with one of our design consultants, who will arrange for the additional windows. We also offer optional shutters, available in several colors. If you want to keep insects from annoying you and your guests, you may wish to order screens for your windows.

One spectacular addition, which is quickly becoming one of the most in-demand, is a sliding glass door. Another option, which will give you added security, especially if you’ll be using your pool house in its capacity as a storage shed, is a steel door.
